Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions: One Free Term of Music Lessons
1. Offer Description
This promotional offer entitles the recipient to one (1) free term of music school lessons, which includes one (1) one-hour lesson per week for the duration of a standard term (10 weeks), at Poco a Poco.
2. Eligibility and Redemption
- This offer is available to new students only. Individuals who have previously enrolled in any class or program at the music school are not eligible.
- The offer must be claimed within 6 months rom the date of issue. After this period, the offer will expire and become void.
- The recipient must contact the school to schedule their lessons within the 6 month claim period.
- Lessons must be scheduled based on the school’s availability.
3. Instrument Choice
- The recipient may choose one instrument from the list of instruments currently offered by the school.
- Instrument availability may vary depending on instructor availability.
4. Non-Transferable and Non-Exchangeable
- This promotional prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other services.
- The offer is valid only for the person to whom it was awarded, and identification may be required upon registration.
5. Scheduling and Attendance
- Lessons are to be taken weekly over the course of one term. Missed lessons may not be rescheduled or reimbursed unless under exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the school.
- Regular attendance is encouraged to gain the full benefit of the program.
6. General Conditions
- This promotional offer is subject to the general policies and code of conduct of the music school.
- The music school reserves the right to modify or cancel the offer at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
